CHRISTIAN DAVAKIS (Anthony Candolino, Tenor) is a professional tenor who is appearing on our stage for the first time. With a Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance from the Mannes School of Music and a Master’s of Music in Vocal Performance and Literature from the Eastman School of Music, his repertoire spans from renaissance music to contemporary, but his greatest love is opera. His performances include Puccini’s Madame Butterfly and Verdi’s LaTraviata (NJ Lyric Opera), and Rossini’s Barber of Sevilille (Princeton Symphony Orchestra). A lover of concert and recital repertoire, Christian has sung for the New School’s Bernstein Centennial Concert hosted by Jaime Bernstein.
